SMOOTHIES:

MAIN DISHES:

Banana- Strawberry:

Zoodles with Pesto (Raw):

1 Cup Strawberries

1 Banana

¼ Cup Fruit Cereal

1 Tsp Chia Seed

A tiny bit of Curcuma root (check if you like the flavour first)


Pineapple-Kale:

2 Cups Kale

¼ Cup Pineapple

¾ Cup Almonds

1 Tsp Agave Syrup

2 Tsp Peanut Butter


Banana-Chocolate:

1 Cup fresh Spinach

1 Banana

1 Cup Almond milk

½ Tsp Vanilla extract

2 Tsp Cacao powder

3 Dates

 

White Bean-Tomato Salad:

1 Can White Beans (ca. 200g)

2 Tomatoes

1 Spring Onion

1 Clove Garlic

5 Black Olives

2 Tbsp fresh Lemon Juice

Cilantro

1 Tbsp Olive Oil

Some Basil


Strain the Beans and wash with cold water.

Cut Tomatoes, Onion and Olives (if necessary remove seeds) into small pieces. Mix all with Lemon Juice and Cilantro.

Cut Garlic into small pieces and heat with the olive oil in a pan. Mix hot with the Salad. Decorate with Basil Leaves on top.

Serve with Couscous or Quinoa.
